| U.S. accuses Oracle of overbilling (Investor's Business Daily) - Investor's Business Daily - The Justice Dept. filed a civil suit against the enterprise software maker for allegedly overcharging the gov't on contracts worth hundreds of millions of dollars. | Motorola tops despite lower sales (Investor's Business Daily) - Investor's Business Daily - The telecom equipment giant swung to a Q2 profit of 9 cents a share, beating by a penny, as gross margin rose to 37% from 31%.
